Trey Mills races into Hell Tour event at Clarksville Speedway
With the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series event at Senoia (Ga.) Raceway rained out early Saturday, Trey Mills quickly turned around and made it to Clarksville (Tenn.) Speedway for the $10,000-to-win Hell Tour event.
Charging to the victory in his Last Chance Showdown, Mills started 17th in the 50-lap main event but pulled off early and wound up 23rd.
In attendance for the $6,000-to-win Independence Day Special at Duck River Raceway Park (Shelbyville, Tenn.) on Sunday, Mills qualified third-quickest in his group and earned a starting spot on the third-row. While battling for runner-up with Sam Seawright, Trey hit the inside yuke tire which folded over his nose and ended his night.
