Mills runner-up in Coastal Clash at Golden Isles Speedway

On Friday afternoon, Trey Mills rolled into Golden Isles Speedway (Waynesville, Ga.) for the Ultimate Southeast Series-sanctioned Coastal Clash doubleheader.

Qualifying third-quickest in his time trial, Mills made up one spot in the 30-lap, $3,000-to-win feature and recorded a runner-up finish to Mark Whitener while Jackson Hise completed the podium.

Saturday's $7,000-to-win finale was rained out and cancelled.
