Trey Mills kicks off second season with Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series at Talladega
Returning to the series after collecting Rookie of the Year honors last season, Trey Mills traveled to Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Ala.) on Saturday afternoon for the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series opener.
With 46 Late Model checked in for the $15,000-to-win Bama Bash, Mills qualified fifth-quickest in his group before powering around the outside lane in his heat race to pick up the victory. Pulling P3 in the redraw, Trey faded throughout the 50-lap main event to finish just outside the Top-10 in 12th.
